Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules for using Soulink, creating an account, uploading profile data and using AI-assisted soul profile features.

Soulink is currently in an early private testing stage. Features, data flow, matching logic and AI-generated insights may change as the platform improves.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soulink, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About Soulink

Soulink is an AI-assisted compatibility and self-reflection platform. It may use profile information such as love languages, values, hobbies, birthday, photos and personal preferences to create profile summaries, soul insights and compatibility-style experiences.

3. Early Testing Status

Soulink is provided as an early testing platform. This means some features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable or changed without notice. We may improve, remove or adjust features as we test the service.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Do not share your password or allow another person to access your account. You are responsible for the information and photos you upload.

5. Age and Eligibility

During the private testing stage, Soulink is intended for adult users. If you are under the legal age required in your country to use this kind of service, please do not create an account without appropriate permission.

6. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you provide, including profile text, quiz answers and photos. By uploading or submitting content to Soulink, you give Soulink permission to use that content only as needed to operate and improve the platform.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates the rights or privacy of another person.
  • Contains illegal, abusive, hateful or harmful material.
  • Contains photos you do not have permission to use.
  • Attempts to impersonate another person.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or try to access another user’s data.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, security rules or Firebase protections.
  • Use Soulink for harassment, stalking, fraud, spam or illegal activity.
  • Copy, scrape or clone the platform without permission.

8. AI-Generated Insights

Soulink may generate AI-assisted reflections, compatibility-style notes and personal insights. These are for self-reflection, entertainment and personal growth purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice.

You should not make major life decisions only because of Soulink-generated content.

9. No Guarantee of Matches or Outcomes

Soulink does not guarantee that you will find a partner, friend, match or specific relationship outcome. Compatibility scores and insights are experimental and should be treated as supportive reflections, not absolute truth.

10. Privacy and Data

Your use of Soulink is also governed by our Privacy Policy. It explains how we collect, store and use account data, profile data and photos.

11. Intellectual Property

Soulink’s name, design, interface, copy, visual style, matching logic and platform structure belong to the Soulink project and its creators. You may not copy, resell, reproduce or present Soulink as your own product without written permission.

12. Service Availability

Soulink may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, Firebase/Vercel issues, technical errors, internet problems or early testing changes. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions.

13. Account or Data Removal

We may suspend or restrict access if a user misuses the platform, violates these Terms or creates security or safety risks. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting us. During private testing, account deletion may be handled manually; we will aim to remove your account data and profile photos within 48 hours of a clear deletion request.

14. Disclaimer

Soulink is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the platform will always be error-free, accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for your specific personal situation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulink and its creators are not responsible for indirect, emotional, financial or relationship-related consequences arising from use of the platform or reliance on its insights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Soulink develops. If we make important changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice on the platform.
